So I love the size, it looks just like pictured. However, the leather is a huge pain. It comes with instructions that give some advice on how to handle the untreated leather. They recommend not treating it but “letting life take its course” or something along those lines. Not knowing much about leather, I obliged. Big mistake. It absorbs everything. Since it’s a tote, I bought it for every day use for my commute to and from work (I’m a teacher). I haven’t even finished my payments and it’s already pretty much ruined. I did buy a highly rated leather cleaner on Amazon, and applied it tonight to try and salvage my investment. So far, not looking great, but hopefully it’ll be better once it dries. On that note- beware when cleaning- the material around the sun is not leather and the leather cleaner stains it. No win situation it feels like. I love the size of the tote. If I wasn’t out so much money already I would love the same tote with a more practical material.
